I am a user experience designer with a multi-disciplinary design background.

My early career in architecture, interior design and graphic design has shaped my design approach in wayfinding and digital product design. In both, my focus is orientation – how people understand where they are and what they can do next.

I have led signage projects including Wesley Edward Eagar Centre, Suncorp Workplace Headquarters and the Manly Ferries signage upgrade for Transport for NSW – spanning community services, workplace and public transport. Each served a different user group, with budget constraints that made understanding the user the only way to arrive at the right solution.

I work through information architecture, usability testing, prototyping, and qualitative and quantitative analysis, applied to complex environments and the systems that sit behind them.

Most recently I designed digital experiences in healthcare at Eucalyptus, an Australian telehealth provider, working across patient support and clinical intake. I redesigned the user experience around logging treatment side effects, which involved restructuring information architecture and usability testing. The redesign lifted organic feature discovery by roughly 7.5x and was later extended to other treatments and patient groups. I also reworked how clinical data was captured and structured during onboarding, resulting in a 66% decrease in doctor rejections.
